Responsible for pastoral care, leadership and administration for single-point parish in a newly-developed suburban neighbourhood.

Responsible for providing pastoral care, visitation, and home communions within diverse downtown Cathedral parish. Also responsible for wide spectrum of family ministries.

Responsible for encouraging collaboration between urban and suburban parishes within two Missions in the Diocese of Eastern Newfoundland and Labrador. Also responsible for seeking partnerships within the community for missional work.

Director, Exploring Faith Program, Diocese of Eastern NL (2014–2016) & Queen's College (2016–2019)

Responsible for facilitating weekly small group evening sessions in distributed learning program. Also responsible for coordinating and/or lecturing at day school sessions in both St. John’s metro area and Labrador West. Acted as liaison between students in the Diocese of Eastern Newfoundland and St. Mary’s Centre, Wales: collating and submitting assignments for evaluation, forwarding evaluation to students.

Responsible for pastoral care of cadets and officers, weekly teaching session, spiritual advisor to Commanding Officer during July and August summer training camp.
